Glutinous Rice Belly

Material preparation: 1. Wash the glutinous rice and soak for 2 hours for later use; 2. Wash the pig's tripe and soak in cooking wine for 10 minutes to remove fishy; 3. Wash the mushrooms and soak in hot water

After chop the lean meat of shiitake mushrooms, put the soaked glutinous rice, add a little salt, soy sauce, white pepper, and cooking wine to taste;

Pour the mixed glutinous rice into the belly and add two teaspoons of mushroom water (because the glutinous rice will swell, it’s good to fill it up to 80%)

Suture the gap of the belly with thread, and then tie the belly with thread tightly

Add water, ginger slices, white pepper, and salt to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. (I haven't put water on my belly, it is not suitable to add water in the middle, it is better to stew in a casserole~)
