Soak the glutinous rice early and overnight.

Spread special gauze (wet) on the steaming rack, and cover with glutinous rice and steam it into glutinous rice. (I steamed it twice)

When the glutinous rice is dried to warm temperature, add an appropriate amount of salt, add duck eggs, wear disposable gloves and grasp it with your hands.

Add the steamed diced pork belly and stir well.

Put it into a square cake tin and press tightly. (I put a high-temperature tarp in the mold)
