Glutinous Rice Duck Egg

Glutinous rice, bacon, carrots, green beans, duck eggs, soy sauce, salt

Soak glutinous rice overnight, dice bacon and carrots for later use.

Mix the diced bacon, carrots, green beans, glutinous rice, soy sauce, and salt.

Punch one end of the duck egg into a hole, carefully pour out the egg whites and leave only the egg yolk for later use. Spoon the glutinous rice into the duck eggs.

Put it in a steamer and steam for half an hour before serving.

Tips:
It is better to soak the glutinous rice until it can be crushed by hand.
