Glutinous Rice Omelet
1.
Prepare the required ingredients
2.
Dice pork, mushrooms, rice whites, carrots and dried fragrant
3.
Clean the glutinous rice, soak for 4-6 hours and then steam it in a steamer (about 10 minutes)
4.
Put an appropriate amount of lard in the pot (a little more lard can be used to make the rice more fragrant when fried!)
5.
Put in the diced carrots and stir-fry for a few seconds
6.
Pour the diced meat and stir fry
7.
After the pork is discolored and fry the aroma, pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine along the side of the pot
8.
Pour in the dried fragrant and wild rice and stir fry, add some cooking wine again in the middle of the stir fry
9.
Stir-fry for a minute or two, then pour in the steamed glutinous rice and stir evenly. Turn on low heat
10.
Add the right amount of salt
11.
Soy sauce, stir fry evenly, and stir constantly to make the glutinous rice not sticky
12.
Add fragrant flowers before serving (you can eat if you don’t make omelet rice)
13.
Prepare eggs and fried glutinous rice
14.
Beat eggs, add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine
15.
Add a little oil to the pan, pour the egg liquid, and spread the egg liquid evenly on the bottom of the pan
16.
Fry on one side and then turn it over to fry on both sides, put it in a small bowl, and put an appropriate amount of glutinous rice in the middle
17.
First buckle a flat plate on the small bowl, and then turn it over so that the small bowl is buckled on the plate (as shown in the picture)
18.
Gently take out the small bowl, use a knife or scissors to make a cross on the top, the fragrant omelet rice is ready!
Tips:
The glutinous rice has been steamed, so just stir and mix evenly. The total time is about 10 minutes.
