Glutinous Rice Rolls with Soy Oil Skin

Ingredients: 2 sheets of Jiantan soybean oil skins Jiantan white glutinous rice 250 grams carrots 100 grams cucumber 150 grams dried mushrooms (dried mushrooms are also available) Appropriate seasoning: oily salt light soy sauce, white pepper, cumin powder, ginger powder (5-6 people, please reduce the amount)

Mushrooms are harder to soak, soak the mushrooms first

Soak the white glutinous rice for 20 minutes after washing, and then cook the rice.

Soybean oil skin is better to soak. After the rice is cooked, soak the soybean oil skin in cold water for 10 minutes, and let it dry for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to heat up, pour in the carrots and shiitake mushrooms

Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the ingredients are cooked. Add salt, pepper, cumin powder and ginger powder, stir-fry evenly, pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce, turn off the heat and stir to taste. (The amount of seasoning should include the white glutinous rice, or it won’t taste like it’s rolled up)

Put the cooked glutinous rice in the pot without turning on the heat.

Stir the hot rice and fried vegetables while they are hot.

Soak and drain the soy bean oil skin that has no moisture and cut into 6 small pieces.

Cucumber peeled and cut into strips

Take a piece of soybean oil skin and roll it up with appropriate amount of glutinous rice and cucumber strips
