Spicy Grilled Fish

First cut the fish horizontally and vertically, then put it in a large container, add seasonings: cooking wine, salt, sugar, chicken powder, pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, shallots, parsley, water starch, and mix well.

Put it in a food bag and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least an hour (I made it at night, and it was very tasty after marinating it all night)

Oil the baking tray and preheat the oven

Scrape off the juice of the marinated fish, the dishes on the fish body, and minced garlic. Brush the fish body with oil, and bake it in the oven at 210 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes before preparing the side dishes.
