Golden Beef Balls

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add oiled beef balls and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat

After the beef balls are cooked, beat the eggs and flour with salt to form egg mixture (the flour is just melted completely, and the salt is added when it is almost beaten to maintain its integrity)

The beef balls are rolled with egg liquid and then wrapped in bread crumbs (the first operation may cause the bread crumbs to be incompletely covered. Repeat step 4 and it will not affect the taste. PS: the TT is missing in the first recipe). Fried 4 minutes later. You can choose cucumbers, watermelons and other fruits and vegetables (to go greasy) as the side dishes for the oil in the pot. Pour the sauce (recommended: salad dressing, chili sauce, black pepper sauce)
Tips:
Under sufficient oil temperature, the oil attached to the fried food will be much less when the pan is started.
