Golden Needle Crispy Duck Intestines

Wash fresh enoki mushrooms and set aside.

Cut the duck intestines into sections for later use.

Stir the enoki mushrooms in the pan and stir-fry them on the plate for later use. The same goes for the duck intestines and stir-fry the watercress in the pan.

The duck intestines are fried and put on the enoki mushroom noodles, sprinkled with sesame seeds and ready to eat.
