Golden Needle Loofah

1. Main and auxiliary materials: day lily, loofah

2. Blanch the daylily, soak for more than 1 hour before using

3. Wash, peel and shred the loofah

4. Hot oil, sautéed chives

5. Put the golden needles (day lily)

6. After stirring evenly, add a little light soy sauce

7. Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 2 minutes

8. Put in the loofah

9. Season with salt and MSG

10. Burn for 1 minute to turn off the heat

11. Put it out of the pot and serve on the table

Tips:

Daylily must be blanched, soaked and eaten.
