Main and auxiliary materials: day lily, white fungus

Soak the white fungus

Boil water in a pot, add the washed daylily and blanch until cooked

Remove the cold water and soak for about 2 hours before using. Change the water during the period

Tremella can be soaked for about 20 minutes

Tips:
1. After the white fungus is put into the pot, stir-fry it quickly with high heat to prevent the white fungus from overflowing with moisture.
2. Fresh day lily must be blanched and soaked before consumption.
