When it comes to golden needles, most people think of enoki mushrooms. In fact, fresh day lily can be compared with it regardless of its shape or color. So nowadays, when golden needles appear in some dishes, it may be day lily. In addition, it is very common to boil soup with white fungus. There are not too many dishes made with white fungus. Today, we use fresh day lily and white fungus to cook a home-cooked dish "Golden Needle White Fungus".

Golden Needle Tremella

1. Main and auxiliary materials: day lily, white fungus

2. Soak the white fungus

3. Boil water in a pot, add the washed daylily and blanch until cooked

4. Remove the cold water and soak for about 2 hours before using. Change the water during the period

5. Drain the soaked daylily and set aside

6. Tremella can be soaked for about 20 minutes

7. Tear the white fungus into small flowers, wash and drain the water for later use

8. Hot oil, sautéed chives

9. Add day lily

10. After stir-frying evenly, put in the white fungus

11. Wang Huo Quick Stir Fry

12. Season with salt and MSG

13. Stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat

Tips:

1. After the white fungus is put into the pot, stir-fry it quickly with high heat to prevent the white fungus from overflowing with moisture.
2. Fresh day lily must be blanched and soaked before consumption.
