Golden Quail Eggs in Bird Nest

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, add the quail eggs and boil for 2 minutes, turn off the heat.

The boiled quail eggs are shelled and set aside.

Put the pork into a meat grinder and grind it finely and form a mashed meat.

Finely chop the onion, as small as possible, and put it together with the pork puree.

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, white pepper, and starch to the pork puree and stir evenly.

The stirred meat mass is evenly divided into 6 balls.

Flatten the meatballs and wrap them in quail eggs.

The wrapped quail egg meatballs are wrapped in breadcrumbs.

Heat the pot and pour the oil into it, heat it to 180℃, and fry the meatballs until the surface is golden. (Some induction cookers can directly set the temperature, if not, just watch the oil start to have bubbles)

The fried golden quail eggs soak up the oil with kitchen paper.

Cut the cabbage into thin strips and spread the bottom into a bird's nest shape. Put the fried golden quail eggs on the bird's nest, sprinkle with chopped sea moss and drizzle with Thousand Island sauce.
Tips:
The minced meat should be thin and muddy, so that it will be smooth and sticky.
