Golden Spring Reunion

Pickled mustard tuber, pork essence, ginger, egg, cornstarch and spare.

Pork essence meat, chopped into puree.

Chopped mustard tuber into small dices.

Stir the ground ginger, salt, egg, and starch evenly to make a filling.

Dip a spoon with water and dig the filling into small balls.

Put it in the breadcrumbs and round it.

The rolled small meatballs are set aside.

Heat the oil pan and fry it until golden brown.
