Gong Bao Chicken (potato Control)
1.
I prepared chicken breasts, potatoes, and peppers
2.
Cover the chicken breast first.
Cut the chicken breast pieces.
3.
Pour the cooking wine, cornstarch, salt, curry powder (you can leave it alone), and mix well.
4.
Add green onions and stir well.
5.
After stirring, set aside.
6.
Cut potato pieces
7.
Pour the oil, add more, high heat, fry the potatoes, and add some salt.
8.
In the process of frying potatoes, cut the pepper by the way to save time.
9.
Bring Laoganma and Douban (if you don’t have it, don’t let it go, or change the method, see the tips below)
10.
Laoganma 1~2 scoops + 1~2 scoops of watercress, 2~4 scoops of soy sauce (mine is 2 scoops, very spicy~)
11.
Put some more sugar, according to your taste.
12.
Stir it well.
[If you can't bear the spiciness, you can reduce the amount~]
(2014.9.4, Laoganma a spoon, a spoonful of watercress, three spoons of soy sauce, sugar is still a spoonful, the color is very beautiful, not very spicy, the taste is pretty good~ but I like the extra spicy most, I still put more. Hehe ~)
13.
Before the potatoes are fried, reduce the heat for one minute to lower the temperature. Then put it on the plate. You don't need to pour the oil, just put the chili and fry it, and it will be out of the pot in a while.
14.
Covered the chicken breast. Pour some oil, put the chicken breast pieces into the pot, and set a low heat, because there is water in the raw chicken and it is easy to splash the oil.
15.
Stir-fry until it stops splashing, adjust the heat to medium, until cooked.
16.
Separate in the middle, and pour down the stirred peppers. 【Watch out for oil splash】. After stirring, the chicken is also mixed. [Some are easy to stick to the pot,]
17.
Potatoes and peppers are all poured down
18.
Stir fry until combined.
Taste it first, not salty, not enough sugar. If it is salty, sprinkle a little sugar and stir-fry evenly. Then turn off the heat.
19.
Out of the pot~~It's spicy~~Slightly sweet~~
Tips:
The ninth step, Laoganma and Douban, if there are no words at home. You can change the method.
1. Get 0~4 dried chili peppers, cut them as you like, as long as the chili seeds are inside, cut them, and put them in a bowl.
2. Five to seven spoons of soy sauce, according to your taste.
3. Put some sugar, just one spoonful. Try not to put too much, otherwise it will be too sweet.
Stir it well, pour it in at step 16.
