Gorgeous Turn of Leftover Rice-pan-fried Rice Cake

Prepare the raw materials

Tips:
1. The glutinous rice flour I use is made by myself. It is not very delicate. It feels better than the fine glutinous rice flour I bought. You can try it;
2. After adding glutinous rice flour, put on disposable plastic gloves and pinch it to make it fully adhered;
3. Use a rolling pin to roll it for a while to make the rice and other materials fully blend;
4. If you find it more troublesome to carve into a pattern, you can use your hands to make a round shape and press it lightly during frying to form a round cake.
