Grab The Tail of Summer-let's Have A Bowl of Jelly!
1.
Stir the pea starch and water evenly and pour it into the pot. I added some salt to it for the sake of later taste.
2.
Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly with chopsticks. Boil until the starch water becomes a translucent paste, and immediately pour it into the mold.
3.
Let it cool for an hour or two, and the jelly has formed. Buckle out.
4.
Cut into strips and put in a plate.
5.
According to personal taste, add all the auxiliary materials, stir evenly, and a bowl of homemade jelly is complete.
Tips:
1. The ratio of starch to water can be 1:6 or 1:7.
2. A small amount of sugar must be added to the cold dish to improve its flavor.
