Graham Crackers
1.
Put the whole wheat flour, wheat germ, and baking soda into the basin (baking soda only needs 0.2g, so pinch it with your thumb and index finger)
2.
Stir the yeast, sugar and water thoroughly and pour it into the basin
3.
Pour the oil, sesame, and salt into a basin, knead it into a dough, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour (you can also keep the sesame, it will feel more fragrant)
4.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.3cm
5.
Cut out the shape with a knife and put it in the baking tray, then put it in the preheated 175 degree oven, bake for 15 minutes
6.
It's better to let it cool!
Tips:
It is mainly for friends with high blood sugar and the elderly at home, so I learned to make this low-calorie and high-nutrition biscuit. The first time I made it, it feels quite simple. It is also completely controllable by the disabled star!
