Yesterday, I took my mother to my side. Because the old man had just recovered from an illness a few days ago, he was a little weak and could not eat too greasy food. He had to carefully adjust his diet. Today I made a five-grain rice, which is nutritious and easy to digest. It's relatively easy to make. Hengda rice is soft, waxy and sweet, and has a good taste. It is made into braised rice, and the more chewy it gets, the more fragrant it becomes.

Grain Rice

1. Vacuum-packed Hengda rice is much easier to store

2. The grains are uniform and plump, with a natural smell of rice

3. Prepare the ingredients and start making

4. Wash the rice, put it in a rice cooker, and add water about 1 cm higher than the rice

5. Peel pumpkin and yam separately, wash and cut into small pieces, peel corn and wash peas

6. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices, and cut the pork belly into cubes

7. Heat the pan, pour in the cooking oil, add the garlic slices and sauté

8. Pour in pork belly and peas and stir fry for 10 minutes

9. Pour the corn kernels

10. Add yam and pumpkin and stir fry evenly

11. Add a little water, cover the pot, and simmer for a while

12. Add salt and chicken powder

13. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce

14. Stir fry evenly, turn off the heat

15. Cook the rice until 9 is ripe

16. Pour in the fried ingredients, cover the pot and continue cooking

17. The rice cooker cooking program is over, don’t open the lid in a hurry, simmer for about 10 minutes, then use a rice spoon to break the rice and stir evenly.

Tips:

Except for the rice, the other ingredients are sauteed and then mixed with the rice evenly. It tastes good and tastes fragrant.
