Prepare the materials

Tips:
I use crushed chili that I bought now, or I can buy dried chili by myself. Those who don't like the smell of garlic can put less. If you like pepper or coriander, you can also add some. This chili sauce is good to accompany cold noodles and cold dishes. I like to dip it with scallion pancakes.
