Every time I eat scallion pancakes, I think of grandma’s chili sauce, my favorite

Grandma Brand Chili Sauce

1. Prepare the materials

2. Cut the shallots into pieces, mince the garlic, and dice the tomatoes for later use

3. Prepare a stainless steel basin, pour crushed chili, shallots, garlic, soy sauce, salt and sugar into the basin and stir well with chopsticks

4. Heat the wok and pour vegetable oil

5. Pour in hot oil

6. Add tomatoes and stir

7. Put it in the refrigerator after cooling

Tips:

I use crushed chili that I bought now, or I can buy dried chili by myself. Those who don't like the smell of garlic can put less. If you like pepper or coriander, you can also add some. This chili sauce is good to accompany cold noodles and cold dishes. I like to dip it with scallion pancakes.
