Green Bamboo Shoots and Fresh Meat Dumplings

Wash the green bamboo shoots, peel off the board, insert into silk, and marinate for half an hour

Beat the eggs, fry them in oil, shovel them into pieces
3.
Add salt, pepper, chicken juice, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate and edible oil to the meat filling, mix well, add water in portions, beaten up, and refrigerate for about half an hour
4.
Remove the minced meat, add green onion and ginger, mix well
5.
Add green bamboo shoots and mix well
6.
Add scrambled eggs
7.
Mix the minced meat for later use
