Many people like the taste of dried plums. Together with dried green beans, the green beans absorb the aroma of dried plums, and they are so delicious that they can’t stop.

Green Beans with Prunes and Vegetables

1. Dried plums are soaked in water one day in advance and set aside;

2. Remove the tendons and ends of the kidney beans, fold them into palatable sections, wash them, and set aside;

3. Dice onion, shred ginger, set aside;

4. Hot pot with cold oil;

5. Add string beans and stir fry until slightly discolored;

6. Add onion and ginger, and sauté;

7. Add dried plums and vegetables and stir-fry, add soy sauce, salt, sugar and stir-fry well;

8. Add water and stir fry for 1~2 minutes;

9. Just serve out the pan and serve.

Tips:

Dried plums like oil and sugar, don't be stingy.
