Green Noodles

Put flour, green juice powder and a small amount of salt into a small bowl;

Use a noodle pressing machine to repeatedly press them into slices, and then cut them into wider noodles;

Put the green noodles in a bowl, then pour the soup on the noodles and add some coriander;
Tips:
1. Adjust the amount of green juice powder according to the color you want, and wake up for a while after the noodles are made;
2. Add cold water to the noodles during the cooking process, so that the cooked noodles have no hard cores.
