The winter colors in the north are inherently monotonous, so you might as well add more color to your dining table and add some bright colors to this traditional festival, so I made this green sauce noodles. The flavor after adding green juice powder to the flour also has a unique flavor, which is definitely the kind of flavor you can't forget.

Green Noodles

1. Put flour, green juice powder and a small amount of salt into a small bowl;

2. Add appropriate amount of water and let it stand for 10 minutes after mixing into a smooth dough;

3. Use a noodle pressing machine to repeatedly press them into slices, and then cut them into wider noodles;

4. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, put the pressed noodles into the pot after the water boils;

5. Add appropriate amount of water when boiling again, repeat this process twice during the noodle cooking process, this is to make the noodles cooked through without hard cores;

6. Remove the noodles after they are cooked;

7. Put the noodles in a small bowl and use cold boiling water to cool them too much to prevent the noodles from sticking together;

8. Ingredients to make the soup: shrimp, yellow needle mushroom, sauce beef, mustard greens, green onions, garlic and coriander;

9. Put an appropriate amount of blended oil in the wok, put the shrimp into the wok when the oil is hot;

10. After the shrimp has changed color on both sides, put the onion and garlic into the pot and fry it to get a fragrance;

11. Put the mustard greens into the pot and stir fry a few times;

12. Add yellow needle mushroom and stir fry a few times;

13. Put the sauced beef into the pot, and then add an appropriate amount of water;

14. Stir the ingredients a few times to mix them evenly;

15. Boil for a while after boiling, then add appropriate amount of salt according to your taste;

16. Put the green noodles in a bowl, then pour the soup on the noodles and add some coriander;

Tips:

1. Adjust the amount of green juice powder according to the color you want, and wake up for a while after the noodles are made;

2. Add cold water to the noodles during the cooking process, so that the cooked noodles have no hard cores.
