Green Onion Pancake

Pour 1/2 boiling water into the flour, stir into a flocculent shape, then add cold water to knead into a soft dough, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 30 minutes.

When the dough is loosened, handle the filling, mince the green onion leaves.

Put the chopped green onions into a bowl, add five-spice powder, salt, and edible oil, mix well.
