Green Onion Pancake

Put 300 grams of flour into a container and blanch half of the flour with 100 grams of boiling water.

Use 100 grams of cold water and the other half of flour.

Add cooked cooking oil, chopped green onion, salt and thirteen spices to a bowl and mix well.
