Green Pepper and Potato Shreds

Shred potatoes and green peppers and set aside

Tips:
Potatoes can’t be blanched too much. They won’t be crispy when they are too ripe and have no taste. After stirring them to taste, add a little Grinnoll linseed oil to the dish to make the vegetables brighter.
