Green Pepper and Potato Shreds

Wash the ingredients. Slice the garlic and cut the green onion for later use.

Wash potatoes, peel and shred them, soak them in cold water, and wash them several times.

Shred green peppers and red peppers.

Pick up a frying pan, simmer in a pot with green onions, sprinkle pepper powder and stir fry until fragrant.

Put potato shreds, stir fry, add light soy sauce, garlic slices, and salt.

Put green and red pepper shreds.

Stir it quickly and evenly.
8.
Out of the pot, serving on a plate.
Tips:
After shredded potatoes, soak and wash in cold water, so that the potato shreds are not sticky and the taste is crisp.
