Green Pepper Pork Wonton

First, the meat is ground, the meat is simply cut into large pieces, put into the meat grinder to start the machine, and the whipping is complete in 6 seconds

Pour out the minced meat, put in the cleaned green onions, and beat them electrically in a few seconds, so you don’t have to cut and chop yourself.

Mix the minced meat and green onion with oil, salt and oyster sauce.

Then pour in the whipped large green pepper and mix well to form a filling. It takes less than half an hour to mix this stuffing, it's very easy

The last is to wrap wontons, you can use ready-made wonton wrappers, you can make the dough yourself, just use your own technique

Chopped tomatoes, sauté soft with a little oil, not too big

Add water, add water according to the amount of wontons you want to cook, add salt and oyster sauce to make the soup

Tips:
I don’t use much to make wontons. For three people, I used half a catty of meat and three green peppers. Look at the number of people at your table to grasp the amount of ingredients. The meat is relatively large, so that it will cook into a dough. When I make meat dumplings, I usually put the meat and vegetables in half, but I put a little bit more when I make wontons.
There will be a little water after the big green pepper is broken, so you don't need to grab it, just mix it with the stuffing. This stuffing is tender, not dry, and tastes delicious.
