Today’s green pepper and pork stuffed wonton, I recommend that friends have time to try and make it, it’s delicious! Big green peppers are very fragrant to make fillings, but it is really troublesome to chop them. Chopping all vegetables like celery and leeks can be done simply. Big green peppers are a bit laborious, but I use a meat grinder to save trouble. It's very simple to grind the meat and green peppers and chopped green onions.

Tips:

I don’t use much to make wontons. For three people, I used half a catty of meat and three green peppers. Look at the number of people at your table to grasp the amount of ingredients. The meat is relatively large, so that it will cook into a dough. When I make meat dumplings, I usually put the meat and vegetables in half, but I put a little bit more when I make wontons.
There will be a little water after the big green pepper is broken, so you don't need to grab it, just mix it with the stuffing. This stuffing is tender, not dry, and tastes delicious.
