Green Pepper Potato Chips

Peel and wash potatoes and green peppers

Potato slices in cold water soak starch

Green pepper slices, carrots peeled, washed and sliced

Add appropriate amount of oil to the frying and roasting machine, saute the shallots, ginger and allspice powder

Add potato chips and fry
6.
Turn over and fry

Add carrot and green pepper slices
8.
stir fry
9.
Add salt and less Maggi umami sauce to taste. Don’t be too heavy in color. Pour the top half of the potato chip water to leave the starchy part on the bottom.

Stir fry evenly
11.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Add a few slices of carrot to color.
