Green Pepper Quiche

Take the ingredients and wash them.

Dice green pepper and diced green onion.
3.
Add salt and a few drops of vinegar to the eggs and beat them well.
4.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into small cubes.
5.
Put the sliced cherry tomatoes in the egg mixture and beat well.
6.
Raise the pot, add oil and star anise, stir fry until fragrant and remove.
7.
Add green peppers and green onions and stir fry until fragrant.
8.
Pour in the egg mixture and change to low heat.
9.
Golden brown on both sides.

Served quiche.
