Green Pepper Shredded Pork

Shred the meat, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of starch, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Shred the green pepper. Shred the green onions. The amount of green onions is slightly more than normal stir-fry

Heat oil in a wok, fry fragrant ginger and then add pepper to fry.

Add the shredded pork and stir fry until it becomes oily.

Pour shredded green pepper. Add salt and oyster sauce and stir fry.

Finally, add the shredded green onions.

Stir-fry well.
Tips:
After the meat is fried to remove the moisture, the oil is added and the green peppers are added. After adding the seasoning, stir fry for a few times and it can be out of the pot.
