Green Pepper Shredded Pork Noodles

Remove seeds and shred green peppers.

Cut the pork into thin strips.

Heat the pan with oil, put the green onion and ginger in the pan.

Add pork.

Stir fry until the pork changes color.

Add green pepper shreds.

Stir fry until broken.

Add soy sauce, chopped green onion and ginger, five spice powder.

Stir fry for a fragrance.

Add water and salt, stir well and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.

The noodles are cooked in the pot.

Pour the toppings on the cooked noodles and mix well.
Tips:
The best noodles are hand-rolled noodles or cut noodles. Do not use dried noodles.
