I didn’t want to make this dish at first, but when I was preparing to stir-fry when I saw taro, I wanted to use taro to make it taste like. Waxy is not bad.

Green Pepper Stuffed Meat

1. Prepare 4 green peppers

2. The steamed taro is crushed into crumbles.

3. Chop the lean meat, add a small amount of salt, wine, ginger, cornstarch and marinate for 5 minutes

4. Mix the crushed taro with the marinated lean meat evenly and set aside

5. Remove the stalk of the green pepper and set aside

6. Put the well-mixed meat into the green pepper

7. Put the oil in the pot to heat up, then add the green peppers and fry until the color changes, add a small amount of water and boil for 8 minutes to serve.

Tips:

Lean meat filling is well marinated
