Green Steamed Chicken Wings

Arrange the ginger and garlic and dice.

Clean the chicken wings, add appropriate amount of salt, sprinkle, light soy sauce, ginger and garlic together, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Put the chicken wings on a plate, put them in a pot and steam for about 40 minutes, then take them out.

The tomatoes are blanched with boiling water, peeled and cut into small pieces.

Add a small amount of oil to the wok. After the oil is warm, add the chopped tomatoes and white sugar until there is tomato paste

Pour the tomato paste made in step 5 onto the steamed chicken wings.
Tips:
1. When marinating chicken wings, pierce a few holes with a toothpick to make it easier to taste.
2. When the chicken wings are steamed, you can decide on your own taste. If you like it, you can steam it for a short time. If you like it, it will be a little bit longer.
