Green Vegetables, Bean Sprouts and Tofu in Claypot

Prepare small rapeseed and wash it.

Prepare soybean sprouts and wash them.

Prepare a piece of tofu.

Cut tofu into small pieces.

Prepare a piece of cooked beef.

Cut into slices.

Blanch the bean sprouts in a pot of boiling water.
