Griddle Chicken

I bought a black-bone chicken. I personally think that black-bone chicken is more delicious and fragrant. First cut the black-bone chicken into small pieces, then cut the ginger into slices, finely chop the garlic, and put the millet pepper according to personal taste. It is not too spicy. You can put a little less millet peppers, cut the millet peppers finely, and then you can start the fire.
