Griddle Chicken Wings and Shrimp

For white shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, cut off the shrimp and wash after shave, wash and chop the chicken wings into sections

Prepare minced ginger and garlic, chopped coriander, chopped green onion, white sesame seeds, spicy powder, dried chili

Add 2 grams of salt to the chicken wings, mix well with cooking wine and spicy powder and marinate for 1 hour

Wash celery and cut into sections, peel the lotus root and cut into sections after washing, prepare cooked peanuts

Tips:
1. The spicy noodles I use also have a salty taste, adjust according to my own taste
