Griddle Five Flowers

Dice pork belly.

Streaky pork with light soy sauce, cooking wine, white pepper, mix well and marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Cut lotus root, radish, cucumber into small pieces, and slice green and red peppers.

Cut shallots, celery, coriander into sections, two vitex stalks, pickled red peppers, dried chili, sliced ginger, and diced garlic.

Cook the lotus root, radish, and red pepper and remove the water after cooking.

Put a proper amount of oil in the pot and heat it up, add ginger slices, garlic particles, and dried chili segments and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add the Erjingtiao and pickled red pepper and stir fry for a while.

Add the marinated pork belly and stir fry until the color changes.

Add bean paste and a small amount of water and stir fry for a while.

Add cucumber and green pepper and stir fry.

Turn off the heat, add celery and green onions, stir fry.

Turn off the heat, stir in an appropriate amount of salt and stir well. Sprinkle with coriander on the serving plate.
Tips:
1. If you like spicy, you can add spicy millet grains when frying Erjingtiao.
2. Commonly used side dishes for dry pot include lotus root, green pepper, onion, potato, carrot, red pepper, cauliflower and so on.
3. The main ingredients commonly used in dry pot are ribs, diced rabbit, chicken, shrimp, etc.
