Griddle Fungus

Ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, apricot abalone, mushrooms, green onions, ginger, garlic, red peppers, green peppers, chives leaves.

Slice the mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and pleurotus eryngii, chop the green onion leaves, shred the red and green peppers, chop garlic, and chopped green onions.

Pour a little more oil into the pot, fry the mushroom slices, remove the oil and set aside.

Fry the shiitake mushroom slices and remove the oil for later use.

Deep fry the eryngii mushrooms and remove the oil for later use.

Leave a little bit of oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add red pepper, green pepper shreds, and stir fry.

Tips:
All kinds of fungi can be fished out after a little bit of frying. If you don't want to use the frying method, you can also fry them directly, but the taste is slightly different, and the frying time is long, and the fungus is easy to fry. If you like spicy food, you can replace red peppers and green peppers with millet peppers, and the finished dish will be full of spicy flavor. If you can buy other fungi, such as pocket mushrooms, you can also add them.
