Griddle Potato Chips

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into even thick slices (the thickness can be adjusted as you like).

Blanch the cut potato slices in boiling water for a while, then remove them for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add potato chips, fry until golden on both sides, and serve.

Sauté garlic diced in hot oil, add bean paste and fry to create a fragrance, pour in potato chips and stir-fry evenly.

Sprinkle a little chili noodles, chopped green onion, and white sesame seeds, stir-fry and serve.
Tips:
Regarding potato selection-potatoes with a darker skin color and more pits are usually noodles, and potatoes with a lighter skin color and less pits are usually crispy.
