Griddle Potato Chips

1. Prepare the ingredients, peel the potatoes and slice them, wash the coriander and shallots

2. Soak potato chips in water to wash away the surface starch

Tips:

There is no need to add additional salt, because the bean paste, light soy sauce, and salt and pepper powder are enough seasoning. If you are afraid of salt, you can remove the salt and pepper powder.
