Griddle Sauce Crab

Wash the ingredients; cut the onion, celery, yam and green onion; peel the garlic and cut the ginger; white onion and set aside.

Boil a pot of water, add pepper and garlic slices, boil, add the chopped and washed crab

After the crab is cooked, remove and drain the water

Put two tablespoons of oil in the frying pan, add the crabs when the oil is hot, fry the crabs until they are golden brown, and then lift them; also fry the yam until slightly yellow and lift them

Sprinkle half a teaspoon of salt, monosodium glutamate and chicken powder evenly on the picked crab. Sprinkle black pepper evenly on the surface and marinate for a while

Use fried crab oil, heat up, add garlic cloves, shredded ginger, and sliced red pepper to fry until fragrant, then add onions and fry together

First add celery and carrots; add two tablespoons of shiitake mushroom sauce; then add yam and crab, stir for a while, add a teaspoon of salt, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of cooking wine, a little sugar, half a teaspoon of MSG, Half a spoonful of chicken powder, add half a bowl of boiling water, stir fry evenly

After sautéing evenly, bring to a boil on high heat, reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes, put the sauce away

Put the whole crab shell on the fried crab, sprinkle some chopped green onion to decorate.
Tips:
The sauce uses Cologne and Shiitake Mushroom Meat Sauce.
The side dishes are slightly less, and other side dishes can be added.
