1.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt, star anise, and ginger slices.

Wash the fresh pork belly, cut into two sections, and put in the water.
3.
Boil until 80% cooked, remove and drain.
4.
Take cooked white meat and cut into thin slices.
5.
Wash the gluten with water and tear it into small strips along the lines.
6.
Cut green and red pepper into sections; cut onion into pieces; shred ginger; slap garlic into pieces.
7.
Heat the oil in the pan, add the meat slices, and stir out the oil.
8.
Set aside the pork slices, add shredded ginger and garlic cloves.
9.
Pour in the onions and fry them for a nice aroma.
10.
Pour the green and red peppers into the pot and stir-fry together with the ingredients.
11.
Add water gluten and stir well.
12.
Add Pixian Douban, stir-fry well; adjust the flavor and transfer to a plate. (If you make a dry pot, put the meat slices on the bottom of the pot and heat it while you eat, it tastes even better!)
