Griddle Spicy Arctic Shrimp

Prepare materials. Slice green onion and ginger, crush garlic. Cut green and red peppers into circles. Cut dried chili into small pieces.

Wash the Arctic prawns, dry the water, add starch, coat the starch evenly, and mix well.

After standing for about 2 minutes, the surface of the Arctic shrimp absorbed starch.

Pick up the oil pan and spread the oil over the Arctic shrimp.

Bring to 70% heat, add the Arctic shrimp, and fry on medium heat until the surface of the Arctic shrimp is dry and floating on the oil surface.

Pick up the oil control for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of salt in a bowl, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar (the soup spoon in the picture), and mix into the sauce.

Leave a little bit of remaining oil in the pot, turn on a low heat, add the dried chili segments and green and red pepper rings

Stir-fry slowly until the water evaporates and is dry.

Add the Arctic shrimp and stir fry a few times.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry evenly

Pour the seasoning juice. Stir evenly over high heat.
13.
Just add coriander before serving.
Tips:
The chili pepper is increased or decreased according to personal preference.
