Grilled Catfish with Basil Pepper

Wash the catfish. The mucus on the fish can be rubbed with flour and then rinsed. Cut a knife from the tail to the bone, and slice the fish along the bones. Spread it on a baking tray without oiling. Sprinkle with basil leaves and wipe off. Seasonings other than honey, marinate for more than 2 hours.

Place thyme on the marinated fish fillets, open the upper and lower tubes of the oven, preheat at 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

After taking it out, remove the thyme, brush with honey, and continue to bake for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, the finished product can be placed on the plate.
