Grilled Catfish with Garlic

One catfish. Remove the internal organs, wash, and chop into fish sections.

Take 400g of the middle section of catfish, green onion, ginger and garlic.

Cut the ginger and green onion into sections.

Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic on low heat. Stir-fry until golden, serve and set aside.

Saute the chives and ginger with garlic oil.

Put in the catfish segments.

Cook into vinegar and cooking wine.

Add some light soy sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil. Season with sugar and salt.

Switch to a low fire and cook for about 10 minutes.
