Grilled Chicken Breast
1.
Wash the chicken breasts, air dry, and freeze them in the refrigerator for a while to shape them.
2.
Cut into thin slices along the texture of the chicken.
3.
Put the sliced slices into a basin, add barbecue sauce, sugar, salt, oil and white pepper (to remove fishy) thirteen fragrances. Stir well by hand and marinate for 10-20 minutes.
4.
Put it in the oven and spread it out, bake for 20 minutes, take out and brush with cooking oil, take out the reverse side for another 20 minutes and brush with oil, and take the test for another 20 minutes. Out of the oven, put in lettuce wraps and eat. If you like to eat it, you can bake it for a while. The temperature I use is 200 for the upper temperature of the oven and 150-180 for the lower temperature, adjusted according to my preference.
