Grilled Chicken Chop Rice

Thaw the chicken breast in advance, tear off the fascia, split it horizontally from the middle, and pat it loose with the back of a knife.

Add barbecue ingredients, black pepper, 2g salt, oyster sauce, 2ml apple cider vinegar, and dark soy sauce to the chicken.

Stir well and marinate for at least two hours.

Preheat the oven and fire up and down at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
