Grilled Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and beat them with a knife for easy pickling and roasting

Add dark soy sauce, cooking wine, chili section (selected according to personal preference), a little sugar, mix thoroughly, and marinate the chicken wings for 30 minutes (the time is less than ten minutes, as long as it is colored to remove the fishy)

Add cumin powder, chili powder, salt to the marinated chicken wings in the first step, knead evenly to taste, and marinate for ten minutes

Arrange the chicken wings evenly on the baking tray, preheat the oven at 200°C for ten minutes, and put in the grilled wings

Bake the upper and lower tubes at 180 degrees for 12 minutes, take out the grilled wings, brush the surface with honey, and bake them in the oven for another five minutes (you can repeat this step again according to the color of the chicken wings)

The baking time in the oven is slightly different because the oven is not used, and the time can be appropriately controlled according to the color of the chicken wings.
