Grilled Chicken Wings with Black Pepper
1.
Thaw the chicken wings in advance, soak them in clean water, change the water several times on the way, soak the blood water, filter the water, and cut a few knives on both sides of the chicken wings.
2.
Add salt, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
3.
Then add black pepper sauce, I used two and a half spoons.
4.
Add or subtract according to personal taste. This black pepper sauce will not be spicy. Let each chicken wing absorb the flavor of the seasoning, wrap it in plastic wrap, keep it in the refrigerator overnight, and bake it the next day.
5.
Cover the baking tray with tin foil, and put the chicken wings into the baking tray one by one. Don’t throw away the remaining seasonings. You can brush them when you bake them. Put them into the preheated oven for about 200 degrees and lower for about 150 degrees. Bake for about half an hour.
6.
Take it out, brush the remaining seasoning on the surface, turn it over, and brush the surface with the seasoning. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes
7.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle an appropriate amount of sesame seeds on the surface, brush with seasonings, lower the temperature, and bake for about 5 minutes.
8.
Eat it.
Tips:
1. The chicken wings should be cut a few times on the surface to make it tasty.
2. The seasoning must be marinated in advance, otherwise there will be no taste when roasting.
3. When roasting, turn it over halfway and brush with seasoning to make it taste better.
