I often cook grilled wings after marinating them. This time I rolled them with bacon and grilled them. The outside was browned and the meat was tender inside. It was very delicious.

Grilled Chicken Wings with Butter Bacon

1. Bacon and chicken wings;

2. Wash the chicken wings and make two strokes before and after;

3. Put the chicken wings in a bowl, add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, curry powder, chopped green onions, and ginger slices, mix well and marinate for 2 hours;

4. The marinated chicken wings are dried with kitchen paper;

5. Cut the bacon in half; apply a layer of butter evenly on the surface of the chicken wings;

6. Roll the chicken wings with bacon and place them on the baking tray; the joints face down, and the bacon will stick together after baking~

7. Oven preheating: choose to bake up and down at 200 degrees, put it into the middle of the oven, select the "barbecue" function, and start baking;

8. After roasting for 15 minutes, take out the chicken wings, grind a little black pepper powder, and sprinkle some white sesame seeds;

9. Put it in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
