Grilled Chicken Wings with Mushrooms

Carve the fresh shiitake mushrooms with a knife and cut them in half (the smaller shiitake mushrooms do not need to be cut in half);

Wash the chicken wings and chop them in half;

Put the chicken wings in a pot under cold water, blanch them and remove them;

Prepare scallion and ginger slices;
5.
Pour edible oil into the wok, add green onion and sliced ginger and stir fragrant;
6.
Add blanched chicken wings, aniseed flaps, braised soy sauce and stir fry;
7.
Add fresh shiitake mushrooms and oyster sauce and stir fry;
8.
Pour in enough hot water (the amount of hot water should not exceed the ingredients), start to simmer until the chicken wings are cooked through, add salt and chicken powder to taste and serve.
